Making places and spaces more welcoming for all
Understanding of neurodivergence is an evolving and increasingly important part of the Irish landscape, with growing recognition of the need for inclusive, neuro-affirming practice.
I support neurodivergent people, families, and organisations to better understand neurodiversity and create environments where people can thrive. My work spans one-to-one mentoring and guidance, alongside consulting and training that helps schools, workplaces, and communities develop more inclusive, neuro-affirming practice.
Lets grow together.
About me
Elisha Caulfield is driven by a deep passion for the neurodivergent experience. Long before identifying her own Autism and ADHD, her students recognised something unique and often said “she just gets it”.
With a strong connection to the sensory world and a naturally empathetic approach, Elisha creates spaces where individuals feel safe to slow down, regulate and reconnect. Her work centres on supporting the nervous system, allowing people the space they need to reset and thrive.
Bringing together over 20 years of experience in teaching, creative arts therapy and disability support, Elisha has found her true place, working in a way that aligns with both her professional expertise and lived experience. She attributes her understanding to all those who have come before her and those that will grow into a world that will be more supportive.
So what is neurodivergent?
Neurodivergent is a term used to describe people whose ways of thinking, processing, or experiencing the world differ from what’s considered “typical.”
It highlights a natural variation in how minds work. It can also be used as a way for people to define themselves, rather than having labels placed on them by medical or psychiatric systems.
Individual Services
I’m here to help neurodivergent people to navigate the unique challenges they face with understanding, confidence, and practical strategies.
Having walked this path myself, I know how confusing school/work, social situations, and self-acceptance can be. My mentoring is a safe, supportive space where people are seen, heard, and empowered to embrace their strengths.
-
This mentoring supports neurodivergent young people aged 10+ to navigate school, friendships, and daily challenges with greater confidence. Through one-to-one sessions, we explore practical tools for focus, emotional regulation, and organisation. It is always tailored to the individual. A positive, strengths-based space where differences are understood and valued.
-
Neurodivergent mentoring for adults is about stepping away from the pressure to “fit the mould” and beginning to understand yourself on your own terms. Together, we explore your strengths, make sense of past challenges, and develop strategies that align with how your brain naturally works.
It’s a space to feel understood, reduce overwhelm, and build a more sustainable way of living and working, with greater clarity, confidence, and self trust.
-
Parent support offers a calm, understanding space for those navigating the realities of raising neurodivergent children or managing the pressures of family life. It is a place to feel heard, not judged, and to step away from the constant demands and expectations.
Together, we explore practical ways to reduce overwhelm, respond rather than react, and create more ease in daily life.
The focus is not on being a perfect parent, but on finding what works for you and your family, building confidence, and creating space for connection, presence, and self trust.
Training and workshops
At the heart of my work is the belief that neurodivergent people thrive when they feel safe, understood, respected and able to be authentically themselves.
Through workshops, consultancy and staff support, I help build environments that prioritise belonging, wellbeing, connection and inclusion. It’s grounded in the foundation that through shared understanding we can create spaces that work for everyone.

Individual Client Reviews
Such a fantastic support for my Audhd tween daughter. From the very first session, Elisha created a neuro-affirming, fun and genuinely safe space where my girl could show up exactly as she is - no masking, no pressure, only full acceptance
Youth mentoring review
Elisha is amazing, she is mentoring my 16 year old daughter. She has been supporting her and encouraging her to be herself and to shine bright. Having chats with Elisha has helped increase her confidence with trying new things. My daughter says “Elisha is a good listener and has lots of fun stories”. They always have a good laugh.
Youth mentoring review
The best hour I have taken for myself in forever, I have finally found my person, someone who can help me bring some clarity and direction to my chaotic mind.
Adult mentoring review
I found out so much about myself in that hour, more than years of sitting in a doctors or formal office. I am actually excited about spending time with myself and about our next session
Adult mentoring review
I feel a big weight off my shoulders
She helped me to get more in touch with my playful, creative side. I’d highly recommend her to anyone who’s feeling just a little stuck, uninspired, lost, or just wants a little more joy in their life. Thanks Elisha!
Adult mentoring review
As a mom of three I felt consumed and buried by the pressures of parenthood. I was going from one task to the next, feeling burnt out, feeling like I was failing.
When I hired Elisha I didn’t know what to expect yet right away she intuitively knew what I needed. Not long after I was feeling much more grounded. She taught me how to let go, and how to create a space in which moments and intention matter. As a result I am at ease, calmer, and can be much more present in the lives of those I love. So now instead of rushing from place to place we enjoy the moments in between. Shedding the negativity (the nagging mom guilt) has let me be my truest most freeing self.
I can’t thank her enough for all she has done. She is a true pleasure to know.
